I thought this was a great deal until I was having to replace the bulbs like every 3-6 months. I have a above the range microwave and it has 2 bulbs to light up the stove area one bulb will go out so I’ll replace it and then a couple of months later the other one will go out so I’ve been doing this for the past year and its getting pretty pricey if you add all those bulbs up.

Works great. Only issue is that they break easy if you drop them on the floor… i used my fingers then wiped the bulb as using a tissue in a tight space was not working.

Ordered these 4 microwave replacement bulbs less than 1 year ago and have used ALL 4! I don’t know if it’s the awful Whirlpool product (W11416904) or the bulbs themselves, but I only put the light on at night. They should last longer as they are hard to install. (3 stars as they are cheap and at least work for a little bit).

The original bulb lasted a few years. This one has already burned out and it’s only five months. They’re a nuisance to install (which isn’t the fault of the bulb maker).
