I have made both chicken and french fries on these liners and they cooked the same as without paper. The benefit is the clean-up. Nothing sticks and even with the chicken juice, the liner could be lifted out and all the captured juice disposed of without a mess. The only downside is the height of the liner sides which curl during cooking. It still does the job but makes it precarious in removing the liner cleanly or having an unwanted overspill.

I used this for frying chicken this week and was so happy that my meat was not stuck to the airfryer when I needed to turn it. It says to not pre-heat with the liner in due to overheating. It was not the least burnt when I took the chicken out. I did find it frustrating that since I needed to cook more chicken, the liner had all the grease pooled in it. I used a baster and sucked out the hot grease, then used tongs to remove the liner, and replace with a new one. I also used one of the liners on a plate to place the chicken in until the rest of the chicken was cooked. No extra grease on the plate to clean up and better than a paper towel to soak up the grease. I’m extremely happy with the purchase. Glad I found these.

This product works extremely well and is easy to insert. I haven’t noticed any diminished air-frying capabilities or extended time requirement when using this product. The only reason that I gave this product 4 instead of 5 stars is the fact that you have to be very careful removing it from the bowl, since it’s extremely hot. Also you should probably remove the food from the filter first before trying to pick up the filter with any drippings. It can be awkward trying to pick up a “round” filter by 4 corners and avoid the hot edges of the fryer. But…there’s no residue left behind, no oil, no grease. The easiest clean-up EVER!!

Nice way to keep the air fryer “somewhat” clean. :). Make sure the item you are air frying is positioned so the paper filter does not fly up into the burner. Ours started on fire when the smaller item wasn’t positioned correctly and not quite heavy enough to hold the paper filter securely.
