My Samsung microwave started to appear as it was microwaving when you open the door. The light, fan and spinning glass would all turn on when you open it even after hitting the stop button and with 0 time left. My wife said toss the microwave in the trash. After a few videos, I felt confident it was this part. Pulled the old switches, got the model number off of them and matched it with these new ones. Put it back together and it works like new. You can tell which one was bad because it is much less clicky, or not at all. Totally worth replacing these. Canceled the new microwave that my wife ordered and saved $400.

Our Samsung microwave started turning on (light, fan, etc.) when we opened the door. After doing some research online, found that it’s likely an interlock switch that needs to be replaced and we wouldn’t need to get a brand new microwave. Found this pair of switches for $8 so gave it a shot.Watched some videos on YouTube for how to replace an interlock switch for a similar microwave and it seemed pretty straightforward. It took me probably 30 mins to perform the repair, having been the first time taking apart a microwave and not finding a video for the exact model. But for $8 though, and a little elbow grease, we have a working microwave again, a spare switch left over, and the know-how to perform similar repairs down the line! Thank you for providing these at an affordable price!

Replaced a door switch, which was faulty. The microwave turned on with a light and fan when the door was opened. After replacing the broken switch with this one the microwave works properly again. Install was simple after watching a few YouTube videos as others have said. From what I gather the important part of finding out which switch to buy for your microwave is to see if it’s a NORMALLY OPEN or NORMALLY CLOSED switch. My particular one had both style switches but the normally open one was the broken one.

Microwave only worked when we pulled back on the handle slightly. Ordered these switches and replaced the old ones, top and bottom related to the door closing hatch. Microwave works correctly now.

Package with switches arrived 2 days earlier than initially promised. We fixed Samsung Microwave with this switch. There are 3 switches in the door opening panel. As usual, the bottom one broke. In order to fix this one, entire assembly need to be taken out. Watched few Youtube videos and learn how to do it.
